on 1st September 2006 as Northwich Office Administrator - attending

Penny Evans

Penny joined Berrys in 2007 on the merger of Richard Conn & Co. into the Group. As PA to Richard Conn since 1985 she has gained wide experience of commercial and residential property matters, including management and administration. Penny’s outside interests take her far afield both racing and showing her team of Siberian Huskies - she can be spotted most years at Crufts dog show or the Aviemore sled dog race.

Pat Garstang, PA/Administrator
Pat joined ABD in May 2000. She is secretary to Howard Hughes and
Chris Harvey (Directors of Berrys ABD) and also looks after
Megan Williamson and Dave Harvey (consultants); dealing
with all administration work for Berrys ABD. She also
assists with the day to day running of the general office

Louise Groenland
Accounts Assistant
Louise rejoined Berrys, Kettering in May
2003. She has been assisting John and Katie in the accounts department
inputting fees and invoices, banking, filing, clients account and
disbursements etc. She is part-time working Tuesday to Friday 9.15
am to 2.45 pm during term time and Tuesdays and Thursdays during

Rowson, Secretary/Administrator Berrys
Shrewsbury Office Pauline joined the company in October 2002. She is secretary to Chris Jones and also now looks after his two assistants Sarah Rawlins and Clare Parkinson, together they cover a wide range of professional services including compensation, agency, residential & commercial lettings and rural business. Rent Administrator at Northwich
Sue started with Berrys
in May 2005 as Rent Administrator at Northwich, responsible
for the "Rent" System.
She also fulfills the account function for the flat management
and ground rent systems, in addition to assisting with the

Currently works part time (8.30 am
to 1pm) as secretary to Gerry Allen and Adam Farnsworth.

on 5th August 1974. Will turn her hand to most things to
provide the required support within the office from washing
up to soothing irascible clients. Keen supporter of Northampton

Kathy Skelling, Administrator at Northwich
Kathy joined Berrys in
August 2004 when Sutcliffe & Company
became part of Berrys Working from the Northwich office she
is Secretary to Geoffrey Jackson, dealing with all correspondence
related to National Grid and United Utilities and the management
of flats. She also deals with all matters connected with
ground rent estates,
as well as the day to day running of the Northwich office.
