Gerald Allen FRICS (Salaried Partner)
Joined Berrys in 1963 – then Berry Bros & Bagshaw and J. Toller Eady - at the Kettering office, and is now involved in all aspects of rural surveying and management. Matthew Anwyl BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Matthew Joined Berrys in the Kettering office in 1988 and subsequently moved to the Shrewsbury office in 1992 to develop the Business Consultancy services of the firm in the West Midlands.  He is an AMC valuer, Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and Agricultural Law Association He specializes in Property Valuations, Rural Business Consultancy, Landlord and Tenant and Planning and Development work.   Contact mra@berrybros.com or 01743 267064

Graham Bowcock MRICS MRAC
Graham joined Berrys in 2001 when he amalgamated his practice of A G Bowcock & Co with the firm. This gave Berrys a foothold in Cheshire and has enabled development in the North West of England. Following the purchase of Sutcliffe and Company in Chester new premises were taken in Northwich to house all Cheshire practitioners and Graham oversees this office. Additionally he is responsible for estate management across the entire business. Professionally Graham is an AMC Agent and Valuer and acts as an Expert Witness on rural property matters. Nick Bowman FRICS FAAV
Apart from a brief spell working in Lincolnshire in the mid 1980’s, Nick has been with Berrys since leaving Cirencester in 1977 and works from the Kettering office.  Nick specialises in freehold sales and purchases of agricultural property and development land, general practice work with an emphasis on planning and development, principally for private clients.  Contact ndkb@berrybros.com.  01536 532372

Adam Farnsworth BSc (Hons), MRICS, FAAV
Adam joined Berrys in 1984, and works out of the Northamptonshire Office. Adam has worked in all areas of rural professional work for private & corporate clients and is responsible for agency at Berrys as well as general practice work. Adam’s areas of specialist skills includes agency sales and acquisitions, planning & development, property management, and rural business development for private and corporate clients. Partner, Berrys Shrewsbury
Christopher joined Berrys in the Shrewsbury office in 1991 having studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.  Christopher has been an equity partner since 2000 in the Shrewsbury office and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Surveyors and a Deputy Valuer to the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation.  Christopher specialises in freehold sales & purchases of agricultural property and development land, planning & development, property management, compensation & compulsory purchase, property valuations to include expert witness in rural property and single farm payment.  Contact Chris on chris.jones@berrybros.com or DD: 01743 267063

John Paul Pridmore B.Sc. in Estate Management, FRICS, Dip.in Farm Business Adminstration
Paul has been with Berrys and predecessor firms since 1971 and specialises in Arbitration and Expert Witness advocacy being a member of the Lord Chancellor's panel of Arbitrators; Valuations and Inspection on behalf of AMC plc, Lloyds TSB, NWS Bank, NFU Mutual Ltd and others; Financial and Agricultural Business Management, for arable and livestock farms, general business management, reports and business plans, restructuring of agricultural finance, loan applications for purchase and working capital; Consultancy & Professional Services, Landlord & Tenant matters and advice under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, planning, development, legislation and grants; Project Management, consultant for multi disciplinary environmental management action planning, project director for English Partnerships Central and Southern Region agricultural consultancy. Paul was in 1997 the RICS Rural Practice Divisional President and co-author of various technical papers for RICS on rent under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.

Jon Stables BSc(Hons), RICS
Jon has been with Berrys now since 1993 and deals with all aspects of Rural Business. He is an elected member of the Institute of Agricultural Management, achieved a Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management Reading, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. A few of the specialities Jon covers are:
