Our service includes advertising and marketing with informative particulars, and in many cases we offer accompanied viewings. Applicants are referenced using a specialist agency before we prepare legal documents and a detailed inventory. We will offer expert advice on relevant issues such as safety, appropriate levels of furniture and fittings, preparation works and tenancy matters. We can arrange gas and electricity safety checks as well as those on soft furnishings. These are legal requirements, as is a tenant deposit protection scheme, something which we will routinely deal with as part of the letting service.
Berrys specialise in village and country property, particularly those with land, outbuildings and stables, although we also let and manage a large number of urban flats and houses, as well as commercial properties. Clients are often investors or portfolio owners, although private individuals are also catered for. Once your property is let through Berrys, you have the option of utilising our management packages to take the stress away.
