Berrys has added to its ever expanding team with the appointment of Frances Buckley to focus on the letting and management area of the business.
Frances, 22, joins as a graduate practitioner based at Berrys’ Northwich office to work alongside Graham Bowcock, partner in charge of the North West region.
Frances has completed a Masters in Business Management and an honours degree in Equine Science at Aberystwyth University. Her qualifications, combined with her interest in all things equestrian and family background of pheasant farming will bring an interesting and informed insight into all rural aspects of Berrys’ work.
“As Fran has a great deal of interest and experience in the equestrian sector, her input will help us to further target this specialist market which has shown resilience through the recession,” said Graham.
“Fran’s presence will help us to develop in the sector and provide our clients with a specialist service.”
Frances will be working with private and corporate clients, preparing tenancies and conducting rent reviews, as well as tackling every aspect of the equestrian side of the business.
