I co-ordinated the application and appointed a local architecture firm who produced some very high quality plans to accompany the application.

Despite being in the open countryside where there is a presumption against new housing and residential barn conversions, with a detailed and fully considered planning policy and justification statement produced by Berrys, the application was approved within the 8 week period by the Council under delegated powers.”
