Berrys has strengthened its residential agency department in Northamptonshire with the appointment of Mark Carroll as agency practitioner at its Kettering headquarters.
Born and educated close to Kettering, Mark joins Berrys with more than 30 years residential estate agency experience, including a period abroad.
His work history makes for interesting reading, with a decade as a business owner and two years with Knight Frank in Bangkok and Madrid. He began his agency career in Northamptonshire with Kilroy’s and then Scott Pinkham, before moving overseas.
“Mark’s experience within the areas of property sales, lettings, land planning, building plots and country house sales will help provide Berrys with a further presence within the property market,” said Adam Farnsworth, Berrys’ partner in charge of agency.
“The residential property market remains challenging and Mark’s knowledge of the sector both here and abroad will bring new and innovative ideas to the table to help our clients achieve the results they require,” Adam added.
