Planning Consultant (based at Kettering)

We have an opportunity for a Planning Consultant and are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our friendly planning team, delivering innovative solutions to our rural and urban client base.

The individual will be looking to build on their current experience to qualify for RTPI membership.

Chartered Building Surveyor

(Based at our Northampton Office)
We require a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Northampton.  This is a new position dealing primarily with commercial property, undertaking building surveys and providing advice and support to our planning team.  Berrys is a progressive firm and there is scope for further development of this position.

The successful applicant will be RICS qualified and have good interpersonal and communication skills to represent our company and continue the expansion of the business.

Qualified / Graduate Rural Surveyor (based at Kettering)

A vacancy has arisen for a graduate or recently qualified rural practice surveyor  who, ideally, has some experience in the completion, submission and ongoing management of Higher Level Stewardship applications; the completion of cross compliance reports; and Soil, Nutrient, Manure and Crop Protection Management Plans.  The postholder will also provide specialist input into environmental statements and consultancy support for our planning team.
