· Charities Department acts for many of the U.K.’s leading charities providing general advice on property matters but particularly valuations complying withsection 36 of The Charities Act 1993.

· We also advise charities in the disposal, acquisition andmanagement of their own estate properties (such as branch shops) where negotiations and advice may alsorequire regulatory compliance and formal valuation.
