On Monday 20th July, two of the East Midlands’ best known professional property consultancies join forces. This merger will combine the wealth of experience and expertise that both firms have built up in the commercial, rural and residential sectors nationally.
The combined team, which now extends to over 80 dedicated professionals, can provide efficient, joined-up advice across all areas.
Berrys and BNE have a long history together; Chris Noble & Stephen Edwards of BNE were part of Berrys for a number of years during the 80s and 90s and since then strong links between the two firms have always remained.
Jon Stables, managing partner of the Berrys Kettering office commented: ‘This is a very exciting time for BNE and Berrys. We know that it helps clients to have all of their property, business and planning needs serviced under one roof by a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team. This merger strengthens the cross-sector approach that we are committed to providing for all of our clients.
‘We regularly assess what our clients’ needs really are and are committed to fulfilling them effectively. The first part of our commitment to this was the growth of our planning team to incorporate expert planning, development and architectural assistance in house and now we are looking to assist those clients who have commercial property requirements.’
‘The services which BNE will bring perfectly complement those that Berrys already offer and we look forward to welcoming the BNE staff to our team.’
John Rivett of BNE reiterated Jon’s comments: ‘Berrys and BNE share core values with a great cultural fit and it makes perfect sense to team up to bring all of our skills and expertise together.’
